Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Karm platform ("Karm", "we", "us") at karm.om, the partner portal and our Instagram-connected application. By using Karm you agree to these terms.

The service

  • Karm provides tools for running digital marketing campaigns, including promotional draws and automatic replies to Instagram comments and messages that contain keywords defined by the client.
  • We may change or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates and will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance.

Accounts and Instagram connection

  • You are responsible for keeping your Karm portal credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • By connecting an Instagram professional account to Karm you confirm that you are authorised to manage that account, and you allow Karm to read its comments and messages and send replies on your behalf according to the rules you define. You can disconnect at any time from the portal or from your Instagram settings.
  • Use of Instagram is subject to Meta's terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them, including not sending unsolicited messages.

Acceptable use

  • Karm may not be used to send misleading, abusive or unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to circumvent the restrictions of connected platforms.
  • You are responsible for the content of the reply messages and campaigns you create and for complying with the laws applicable in the Sultanate of Oman.

Data and privacy

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

  • The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect damages or for changes that connected platforms such as Meta make to their APIs or policies.

Termination

  • You may stop using Karm at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete the access tokens of connected Instagram accounts.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
