Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete the data Karm holds about you or your Instagram account.
If you are a partner who connected an Instagram account to Karm
- Sign in to the partner portal at karm.om, open the "Instagram" page and click "Disconnect" next to the account. This immediately deletes the access token and the auto-reply settings for that account.
- You can also remove Karm from your Instagram account: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Remove.
- To delete your partner account entirely, including all reports, email us at the address below.
If you interacted with a campaign on Instagram
- If you commented or sent a message containing a campaign keyword, we may hold your username, account ID and the text of that comment or message. The text is deleted automatically after 90 days.
- To delete this data immediately, email info@karm.om from any address stating your Instagram username; we will delete it and confirm within 30 days.
If you entered a draw
- Email info@karm.om with the phone number or email you registered with, and we will delete your entry unless we are legally required to keep it (for example winner records).
